William Sjaichudin has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Founder of Will's restaurant and bar from June 2017 to June 2020. william then co-founded Hakita Indonesia in January 2020 and served as a Co-Founder until January 2021. In 2021, they joined Arvis as a member of the Advisory Board, starting in January. Later in September 2021, William became the Chief Executive Officer of Aria.

From 2008 to 2013, William Sjaichudin attended Purdue University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
