Ross Homer has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Ross started their career in 2001 as a Marketing and Public Affairs Senior Associate at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, where they played a crucial role in facilitating communications during the merger of the hospital with Brigham and Women's Hospital. Ross also managed crisis communications and served as a spokesperson for the hospital.

In 2006, Ross joined Aria Marketing as a Senior Account Executive, where they worked with various healthcare IT companies. Ross led PR programs for clients such as McKesson, NaviNet, athenahealth, and PatientKeeper, and supervised a team of Account Executives. Ross was responsible for writing and editing various PR materials and collaborating with senior leadership at Aria.

From 2011 to 2013, Ross worked as a Communications Manager at Quantia, Inc. Ross built the company's public relations program from scratch and executed successful PR plans for their products and initiatives. Ross translated executive strategies into messaging and outreach programs and later brought on an outside agency to collaborate with.

In 2014, Ross took up a role as a Public Relations Consultant at Care.com for a brief period before rejoining Aria Marketing as a Vice President. Ross eventually became the Senior Vice President, a position they currently hold.
