Ariadne Labs
Kaya Duguay is a Graduate Intern at Ariadne Labs, focusing on TeamBirth implementation to enhance communication and decision-making in childbirth as part of the Delivery Decisions Initiative. Previously, Kaya completed a program evaluation practicum at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where engagement involved consulting with the Chicago Department of Public Health on evaluation plans for Family Connects Chicago. Kaya's experience at the United Nations Foundation included roles as Senior Associate in Communications Operations and Administrative and Operations Associate, where responsibilities encompassed community management, logistics coordination, and administrative support for a team of 25. Additional experiences include public health outreach at Peer Health Exchange, research at Yale University School of Medicine, and various roles during undergraduate studies at Yale University. Kaya holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science from Yale University.
