Kit Nichols has a strong background in strategic partnerships, operations, and talent development. With experience in various leadership roles at organizations such as Ariadne Labs, Lifebox Foundation USA, and Auerbach Associates, Kit has also held positions in policy management at the Pioneer Institute for Public Policy Research. Kit obtained a MALD degree from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and completed undergraduate studies at Middlebury College.

Ariadne Labs is a joint center for health systems innovation at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. Our mission is to build and support a community of researchers who create and drive scalable solutions that produce better care at the most critical moments in people's lives everywhere. We are named for Ariadne, the Greek goddess who showed the way out of the Minotaur's labyrinth with a simple thread - for we are trying to provide simple solutions to navigating the maze of healthcare complexity.
