Susan has served in various leadership roles in healthcare systems engineering and specialty director positions, demonstrating expertise in clinical insight, quality improvement, and healthcare management. Haas holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and M.Sc. degrees in Clinical Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
