Nathanael Roux

Nathanael ROUX serves as an Improvement and Change Manager at ArianeGroup since September 2013, leading initiatives in the Digital Solutions directorate and holding a LEAN Black Belt certification focused on Continuous Improvement. ROUX has also functioned as a Senior Project Manager overseeing IT projects and is a core member of the AEROWARE initiative addressing neurodiversity. Previous tenure includes various managerial roles at Airbus Defence and Space. Additionally, ROUX volunteers as a Mindfulness instructor at BUDO CLUB HAILLANNAIS and CSE Atlantique, guiding groups in meditation practices. Academic qualifications include degrees in LEAN Six Sigma, mindfulness, and engineering from prestigious institutions.
