Pierluigi Pertoso is a Thermo-Hydraulic Modelling Engineer at ArianeGroup since September 2022, specializing in cryogenic fluids and associated systems for aeronautical and space projects, with experience in analytical and numerical modelling. Prior roles include an internship in Aerothermodynamics at ONERA, where numerical modelling for satellite reentry was performed, and a Propulsion Engineer position at ISAE-SUPAERO, focusing on launcher design. Additional projects at ISAE-SUPAERO involved CFD simulations and system design for Martian missions. Pierluigi holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from both ISAE-SUPAERO and Politecnico di Torino, along with several relevant educational experiences in aerospace engineering.
