Jerry L. Johnson is an accomplished finance and investment professional with extensive experience spanning several notable firms. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ariel Alternatives and Partner at The Halifax Group since 2020, Johnson previously held leadership roles at EnPro, RLJ Equity Partners, and American Capital, among others. A White House Fellow with experience as a Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense, Johnson has a strong foundation in corporate development, investment strategies, and private equity. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
