Pascale M. Thomas

Pascale M. Thomas currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Ariel Investments and Chief Compliance Officer at Ariel Alternatives since May 2023. Pascale's experience also includes serving as an Associate focused on Investment Products and Derivatives at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2008 to June 2013, alongside earlier summer associate positions at Sidley Austin and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Pascale holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biological Anthropology & Anatomy from Duke University (2001-2005). Pascale completed secondary education at John Burroughs School (1995-2001).
