Stacey Schwarcz

Stacey Schwarcz is the Founder and CEO of Ariel Analytics, established in 2017, specializing in data strategy to help companies leverage their data effectively. Prior to this role, Stacey served as Head of People Analytics at BNY Mellon, leading a workforce analytics team and implementing various initiatives for process improvement. Earlier experience includes positions such as Assistant Director of Operations at Metro-North Railroad, Senior Planner at New York City Transit, Senior Consultant at AECOM, and Underwriter/Analyst at AIG. Stacey's academic background features a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Data Analytics/Data Science from The City University of New York, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Brooklyn College.
