Adam Pollack

Adam Pollack is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Ariel Property Advisors since June 2021. Previously, Adam held the role of Portfolio Analyst at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, where responsibilities included establishing relationships with project stakeholders, analyzing financial statements, and assisting in the management of the HDC portfolio. Additional internship experiences include positions at TD and Party City, where Adam focused on data governance, sales strategy, and digital marketing initiatives. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Delaware and is pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate with an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate Development from Fordham University.
