Darren Lednor

Darren Lednor is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and risk management. At Ariel Re, Darren holds the positions of Managing Director, Active Underwriter, and Special Projects Manager. Previously, Darren served as Chief Underwriting Officer at Neon and as Active Underwriter & Chief Risk Officer at Ariel Syndicate 1910. Earlier in the career, Darren worked as an Underwriter at Arrow Syndicate and began in the industry as a Broker at Aon Benfield. Educationally, Darren is a graduate of the University of Kent.
