Chloe Anderson has had a diverse work experience since 2013. Chloe began their career as a Homework Tutor at Norton Middle School, where they worked with students to improve their English, Science, Spanish, History, and Math skills. Chloe also called the parents of absent students. In the same year, they also took on the role of Club & Activities Assistant at Student activities Involvement & Leadership. In 2014, they joined Chico's FAS, Inc. as an Assistant Manager and Sales Lead. Chloe later worked as an Academic Tutor at Norton High School, where they helped students who were struggling and wanted to drop out. In 2020, they became the Customer Service Manager at Ariel Rider Ebikes.

Chloe Anderson attended Southwest High School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Business from Wheaton College Massachusetts in 2017. Chloe also holds a Red Cross Certification from Red Cross Youth.
