Nrupang B. Dholakia

CS Nrupang B. Dholakia is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi (ICSI) and is also Whole - time Company Secretary in Practice. He has worked as a CS Management Trainee with Pfizer Limited and M/s Dholakia & Associates, Company Secretaries.

He has over a decade of experience in field of Corporate Laws and has been associated with various organisations across India for shaping up their legal regime and also helping setting up in India. He also appears before Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal and various Authorities across India. His educational achievements include 1st Rank in Western Zone and 5th Rank at All India Level for Executive Programme of ICSI and 13th Rank at All India Level for Professional Programme of ICSI. Further he has achieved highest score in Constitutional Law and Legal Language in Jitendra Chauhan College of Law, Mumbai and stood 3rd in the First Two Years of LL.B. in Jitendra Chauhan College of Law. He has also achieved highest score for subject “Law” in Second year of graduation in Commerce in Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai. He holds Bachelors Degree in Law and Masters Degree in Business Law from National Law School of India University. He has also completed Diploma in International Cyber Laws and Executive Programme in Corporate Laws from the Asian School of Laws. He was also appointed as ‘Observer’ by the Hon’ble Company Law Board, Mumbai Bench for one of the Inspection Matter before CLB. He is currently Designated Partner of Dholakia & Associates LLP, reputed firm of Company Secretaries and Director of Mruga Corporate Services Limited, a Corporate Advisory Company.
