Andrea Bozio

Andrea Bozio has a diverse work experience spanning several years. The most recent position held was as an Assistant HR Manager at Aries Group, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, Andrea worked at MisterTemp from October 2018 to April 2022, where they served as an HR Consultant.

Before joining MisterTemp, Andrea worked at Gipaf S.r.l. as an HR Specialist from March 2016 to September 2018. In this role, Andrea was responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, training, and administration. They were involved in the complete recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing communication with hiring managers. Andrea also played a role in training employees, designing and implementing training programs, and monitoring the progress of trainees. Additionally, they handled administration tasks related to employee contracts, legal compliance, and payroll management.

Prior to their employment at Gipaf S.r.l., Andrea worked as a Tutor for Talentform and R & S Formazione, where they provided support and mentoring for professional training courses. They also worked as a Redattore for the online music magazine New Rumors, where they wrote album reviews for emerging artists.

Before entering the professional world, Andrea completed an internship in the Training Area at IAL Nazionale.

Andrea Bozio attained a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the Università degli Studi di Padova between 2004 and 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Philosophical Sciences at the same institution from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, Andrea enrolled in a Second Level Professional Master's program at the Università degli Studi di Padova, with a focus on the assessment, education, and development of Human Resources, as well as organizational analysis and intervention.
