Biju Thankachan

Biju Thankachan is an experienced professional in the field of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and rope access inspection. Currently serving as a Rope Access L2/NDT Inspector at Aries Marine and Engineering Services since December 2021, Biju possesses certifications in PCN UT 3.1, 3.2, and ASNT UT, MT, PT, and VT Level 2. Previous experience includes working as a Rope Access Technician at Hitech Inspection Services LLC in Oman from July 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities involved inspecting pressure vessels and pipelines, corrosion monitoring, and quality control activities, primarily for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). Biju's expertise extends across various sectors, including Nuclear, Petroleum, Fabrication, and Energy, gained during tenure as an NDT Inspector at Geecy Vincotte India Private Limited from June 2012 to May 2014. Educationally, Biju earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Erode Institute of Chemical Technology (EICT) Polytechnic College and has completed numerous safety and inspection-related training programs.
