Frank "D9" DiGiovanni is the founder and CEO of D9 Disruptioneering, where they leverage their extensive background as a pioneer and disruptor in various fields. They served in the U.S. military as a fighter pilot and held senior executive roles, including Deputy Director for Expeditionary Warfare in the U.S. Navy. Frank's distinguished career includes directing pivotal programs at the Office of the Secretary of Defense and serving as a senior adviser on cyber workforce development to the Congressional Cyberspace Solarium Commission. They hold multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, awarded with Double Distinction.
