Gareth Watkins

Gareth Watkins is an experienced professional in the publishing industry, currently serving as an Account Coordinator at Aries Systems Corporation since October 2018. In this role, Gareth provides support for a portfolio of customers using the Editorial Manager platform, oversees site implementation and configuration, conducts extensive user training, and facilitates communication between customers and product teams. Prior to this, Gareth worked at Wiley for nearly a decade, advancing from Editorial Assistant to Associate Managing Editor, where responsibilities included managing journal editorial offices, creating best practice guidelines, and leading social media initiatives. Gareth's experience began with roles at Waterstones and Allison and Busby, supplemented by an MA in Publishing from Oxford Brookes University and a BA (Hons) in English and Creative Writing from Aberystwyth University.
