Lauren Oppenheim

Lauren Oppenheim is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the scholarly publishing industry. Currently serving as Product Manager at Aries Systems Corporation since 2017, Oppenheim excels in translating complex feature requests into effective designs for the Editorial Manager system, while managing development processes and product backlogs. Prior to this role, Oppenheim held various positions at Elsevier from 1999 to 2017, including Technical Product Manager, Application Manager, and Application Specialist, contributing to the development of the EVISE and EES systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Manuscript Editor at Princeton University Press, where Oppenheim coordinated the production of scholarly manuscripts. Oppenheim holds a Master of Music from The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Music from Trinity University.
