Tina Fleischer

Tina Fleischer is an experienced professional in quality engineering and client services within the scientific publishing industry. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Aries Systems since April 2017, Tina has held various client services roles, managing relationships with journal offices and training staff on software products while providing first-line support. Prior to this, Tina spent 15 years at Sheridan Journal Services as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, focusing on software configuration, quality assurance testing, and customer training, after serving as a Production Editor. Earlier experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant and Research Assistant at Archbold Biological Station, where Tina was involved in proposal drafting and research data management. Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Smith College and a Master’s Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of South Florida. Noteworthy achievements include receiving the Marcia Brady Tucker Award from the American Ornithologists’ Union in 2000.
