Project Management and Coordination

The Project Management and Coordination team at Arif & Bintoak oversees the planning, execution, and completion of architectural and engineering consulting projects. Led by the Senior Director - Projects, the team includes a Project Quantity Surveyor, Document Controller, and Project Manager-Senior Resident Engineer, who collectively ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
