AMB. NWANKPA EMELIKE EMMANUEL currently serves as Head Customer Service and Arik Ambassador at Arik Air since November 2022. Prior to this role, AMB. Nwankpa spent over 17 years at Arik Air Limited, culminating in the position of Station Manager from September 2006 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing station operations, managing a team of agents, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. AMB. Nwankpa holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including a PGD in Transport and Logistics Management from the Institute of Transport and Logistics Management, as well as PGDs in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the National Open University of Nigeria.
