Yuchun Guo

Yuchun Guo is a highly experienced bioinformatician and computational biologist currently serving as the Senior Director of Bioinformatics at Arima Genomics since November 2025, where responsibilities include providing strategic and technical leadership in computational biology and AI/ML development for genomic applications. Previously, Yuchun held key positions at CAMP4 Therapeutics from June 2018 to June 2025, including Director of Computational Biology and Machine Learning, focusing on machine learning strategies for gene regulation and RNA research. Yuchun's career began at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where contributions included developing novel machine learning methods in integrative genomic analysis, alongside a tenure as a postdoctoral associate and Ph.D. student in computational biology. Earlier roles included bioinformatics analysis at Children's Hospital Boston and software engineering at EF Education First. Yuchun holds a Ph.D. from MIT, a Master's from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.
