Stephen Kemp MRICS is a highly experienced professional with over 12 years of expertise in the real estate and sustainability sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Arin Power since October 2022. Stephen has played a pivotal role in making more than 10,000 homes and commercial properties self-reliant, contributing to a total energy generation capacity exceeding 1000MW. In addition to leading Arin Power, Stephen is a Director at Equality Letting Limited, focused on optimizing the value of real estate assets. Previous roles include positions such as Head of Sales and Business Development at 18 Week Support, Senior Chartered Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield, and Chartered Surveyor at CBRE and Knight Frank, where Stephen's work involved sustainability, transaction management, and asset management.
