Alex Gunn has extensive experience in technical support and telecommunications within the aviation sector. Currently serving as a Technical Support professional for ARINC Direct at RC_ARINC since September 2010, Alex specializes in business aviation communications, focusing on the analysis, diagnostics, and activation of satellite services for business jets. Previously held a role in SATCOM Service Delivery handling aviation safety satellite communication systems across EMEA and APD, along with positions as an IT Trainer at Sussex Health Informatics Service and IT Support Technician at VT Group. Early career included roles as an Engineer/Technician at ADS and as an Airtrooper in the British Army, where expertise was developed in aviation telecommunications while supporting Apache Trials and Deployment.
