With a wealth of legal experience, Lynne has held various corporate counsel roles, including Principal Corporate Counsel at Rockwell Collins/ARINC since 2008, and previously served as Corporate Counsel for Spectrum K12 School Solutions, CIENA Corporation, and eSpire Communications. Starting in 1994 as an attorney at Nextel Communications, Lynne also practiced law at TechStar Communications. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Towson University.
