Mahlon Pleasant Jr.

Mahlon Pleasant Jr. has extensive experience in avionics and systems engineering, currently serving as a Sr. Systems Avionics Engineer at RC_ARINC since January 2015. Previously, Mahlon has held multiple roles at Rockwell Collins, starting as a Systems Engineer where responsibilities included providing engineering support, coordinating system design, and leading the development of Link 2000+ CPDLC for business jets. Mahlon also worked as a Systems Logistics Coordinator, acting as the primary customer contact and managing supplier relationships. Additionally, Mahlon served as a System Safety Engineer, applying rigorous engineering analysis methods to ensure compliance with safety specifications. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University.
