Nick Allen is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Business Development for EMEA and APAC at Arini since April 2025, Nick previously held various roles at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC from February 2015 to March 2025, including Business Development for the UK & Ireland, Business Development for U.S. Institutional, and Equity Product Consultant. Prior experience includes a position as Associate Client Advisor for Ultra High Net Worth clients and Graduate Research Analyst at UBS from September 2011 to December 2014. Nick holds a BA Hons in English and Related Literature and a secondary qualification in French from the University of York, earned between 2008 and 2011.
