Ómar Sævarsson

Ómar Sævarsson has a strong work experience in the field of Application Administration and IT Administration. Ómar started their career in 1998 as an IT Administrator at Icelandair and worked there until 2001. Ómar then joined TM Software as an IT Administrator from 2001 to 2007. After that, they joined Arion Bank where they held the role of Application Administration from 2007 to 2017.

In 2017, Ómar joined Nyherji as an Application Administrator and worked there until 2021. Ómar is currently working at Arion banki as an Application Administrator from September 2021. Throughout their professional journey, Ómar has gained extensive experience in application administration and IT administration.

Ómar Sævarsson attended Iðnskólinn í Reykjavík from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Electronic Technician.
