Neil Tindall

Neil Tindall is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in consulting and business transformation. As the Professional Services Senior Director for the Americas at ARIS since January 2023, Neil has driven customer success and growth while building high-performing teams and launching new service offerings. Previously, Neil served as the Practice Manager for Business Process Analysis and IT Management at Software AG, leading a team in delivering business transformation projects. Neil began his career at CACI as a Principal Consultant and served as a Project Manager at Lincolnshire County Council, where expertise in organisational development and process redesign was instrumental. Neil holds an MBA from The Open University and has extensive experience in Business Process Management and Governance Risk & Compliance Management.
