Dan Grycza

Dan Grycza has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dan is currently the Director of Operations at ARIS at home - Compassionate In Home Care since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Chicago Shakespeare Theater from April 2012 to March 2022, starting as a Human Resources Manager and Finance Associate, responsible for payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and employee relations. Dan then transitioned to the role of Finance Associate, where they handled accounts receivables, account reconciliations, and provided backup support for accounts payable and human resources. Before that, Dan worked at ARIS at home, Inc. from January 2011 to April 2012 as a Staff Accountant, where they prepared financial statements and managed vendor accounts. Their earlier experience includes working as a Billing and AR/AP Coordinator at Independence Plus Inc. from November 2007 to December 2010, and briefly as a Health Care Recruiter from March 2007 to November 2007.

Dan Grycza attended The University of Toledo from 1997 to 2003, where they completed a BBA degree in Marketing and Finance.
