Shaun Pressly

Shaun Pressly is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and general management across various sectors, including manufacturing and packaging. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Arise Industrial Manufacturing since February 2024, Shaun previously held multiple leadership roles at Greif from December 2018 to February 2024, including Vice President & General Manager for North America Steel, overseeing a significant P&L across facilities in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Shaun's earlier roles at Greif involved managing various regional operations, showcasing expertise in P&L ownership and facility management. Prior to Greif, Shaun held leadership positions at Worthington Industries, focusing on operations management and business development in both packaging solutions and oil & gas sectors. Shaun's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, participation in the West Point leadership program, and certification in Lean TOC from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
