Zac Guisinger

Zachary Guisinger is an experienced executive in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Arise Industrial Manufacturing since June 2022, where the focus is on fostering growth in partner companies through an Invest and Grow philosophy. Zachary is also the Founder and Owner of Zachary Management Group since July 2020 and previously held the position of Managing Director at Tri-W Group, Inc. from June 2021 to July 2022. Prior to these roles, Zachary had a long tenure at Worthington Industries from June 1990 to July 2020, progressing through various leadership positions including President and General Manager, Vice President of Operations for Oil and Gas, and Director of Transformation, among others. Zachary holds degrees from Purdue University and Youngstown State University.
