Lee Wolford has a diverse work experience, starting from 2003 when they worked as a Consultant at Accenture until 2006. From there, they joined USPI in various roles such as Partnership Vice President, Director of Strategic Operations, and Team Lead. In 2012, they moved on to become the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer at Brown Hand Center/Achilles Foot & Ankle Specialists until October 2012. Lee then became the Chief Development Officer at The Minimally Invasive Spine Institute from November 2012 to June 2014. Following this, they worked as the Dallas Market President at Elite Surgical Affiliates from June 2014 to February 2016. In 2016, they founded and owned W Surgical. In 2017, they became the President and Co-Founder at both Arise Recovery Centers and MedStaffNow. Finally, from August 2019 to April 2021, they served as the President and Partner at Houston Orthopedic & Spine Surgery Center, which was eventually sold to a national ASC operator.
Lee Wolford has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Fine Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, Lee has obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
