Mohit Thukral

Mohit Thukral serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Arise, a company innovating customer care services through its Arise® Platform, which supports a network of small businesses in delivering flexible customer support solutions. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Vivtera since May 2018, Mohit has further contributed to the industry. Mohit also holds a significant role as Founder and Trustee at Plaksha University since October 2016. Prior to these ventures, Mohit spent 13 years at GENPACT LLC, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Vice President and Global Business Leader for Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at GE Capital and Xerox. Mohit earned an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2011 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Panjab University.
