Iliya Briskman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Assistant Camp Commander at IDF - Israel Defence Forces, where they were responsible for logistic operations and foreign relations. From 2009 to 2013, they served as an Executive Assistant at LOGO Group, assisting the president of a multi-business company specializing in commercial real estate.
In 2013, Iliya joined Top Alpha Capital LTD as an Associate, focusing on acquiring single-family residential properties in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Iliya then became self-employed in 2016, working as a Real Estate Advisor, providing consulting and analysis for potential real estate investments.
In 2017, Iliya joined Migdal Group as an Acquisitions Manager, overseeing global real estate acquisitions until 2021. Iliya then worked at Poalim Equity (formerly Poalim Capital Markets) starting in 2021 as a Vice President, where they specialized in alternative investments, real estate, and infrastructures.
Currently, Iliya is an Investment Director at Arison Investments since 2023.
Iliya Briskman pursued their education at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a BA in Economics and Management with a specialization in Marketing and Finance. Iliya later enrolled at Cass Business School in 2014 and completed their studies in 2016, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate.
