Bjorn Aviet

Bjorn Aviet is an experienced technology manager with a strong background in technical support and cloud operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Wi-Fi TAC at Arista Networks since August 2018, Bjorn previously held multiple roles at Mojo Networks, Inc. from March 2006 to August 2018, including Senior Manager of Cloud Operations and Manager of Technical Support. With expertise in implementing ITIL best practices for Change Management and leading teams in providing 24/7 support for wireless technologies, Bjorn has consistently ensured high levels of customer satisfaction while managing complex software and hardware changes. Bjorn holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
