Emer O'Kelly

Emer O'Kelly is an experienced recruiter with a focus on sourcing highly skilled C++/Embedded programmers in Software Defined Networking at Arista Networks since November 2015. Previously, Emer held positions at IBM as a Social Media Recruiter, specializing in recruiting developers and scientists in emerging technologies, and at Sigmar Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, where business development and client relationships were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes administrative duties for the Feis Ceoil Music Festival and sales roles at Oracle Corporation and Gateway. Emer holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and French from University College Dublin, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 20th Century Music and Media Technology from Trinity College Dublin, and achieved Grade 8 in Piano from the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
