Alina Bandarenka 🔵

Alina Bandarenka has been working in the recruitment field since 2019. Alina began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Admitad Global. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing candidates through various portals, conducting the full recruitment cycle, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. In 2020, they joined Intetics as a Middle Recruitment Specialist, where they conducted searches for candidates and managed recruitment processes. In 2021, they moved to Aristek Systems as a Recruitment Specialist, where they conducted searches for candidates, managed the full recruitment cycle, and monitored the recruitment dashboard. Alina also began teaching at the Skola Shirkina in 2021.

Alina Bandarenka obtained their Bachelor's degree in Logistics from Belarusian State University between 2014 and 2018. Additionally, they have obtained a Training course in HR and IT Recruitment from Škola Širkinoj in February 2022.
