Svetlana Kovalevich

Svetlana Kovalevich has over 13 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Svetlana began their career in 2008 as an Assistant for the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), where they worked on the selection of candidates for the OBSE/BDIP. In 2012, they joined the ODO "Truum Stroi" as a Specialist in Cadres. Svetlana then moved to the R Group in 2013, where they held the roles of HR Manager and HR Specialist. Currently, they are an HR Manager at Ariste Systems, where they are responsible for the onboarding of new employees, organizing Performance reviews, managing employee relations, and providing HR-analytics. Svetlana also assists employees with any questions or issues related to their work in the company or department.

Svetlana Kovalevich attended the Moscow Institute of Law from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Jurist degree in Civil Law.
