Teodor Kachev

Teodor Kachev is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in both manual and automated testing across various organizations in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of QA at Aristocrat Interactive since October 2025, Kachev previously held positions as QA Manager at EGT Digital and Software Test Lead at bet365, where responsibilities included leading testing efforts in a Scrum environment. Prior experience includes roles at Paddy Power Betfair, where Kachev created automated integration tests and implemented acceptance test scenarios, as well as a tenure at SAP Labs Bulgaria as an Expert QA and Scrum Master. Kachev holds an Engineer's Degree in Medical Electronics from Technical University Sofia.
