Kathleen Conlon

Kathleen was nominated to the Board of Aristocrat in January 2014. With more than 23 years’ experience in management consulting, Kathleen is the Non-Executive Chairman of Lynas Rare Earths Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of BlueScope Steel Ltd and The Benevolent Society. She was a former Non-Executive Director of REA Group Ltd and CSR Ltd. She is a Member of Chief Executive Women, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Corporate Governance Committee and a former National Board Member of the AICD.
