Lara de Guzman

Lara De Guzman has extensive experience in finance, analytics, and sustainability, currently serving as GM and VP of Sustainability Strategic Operations at Aristocrat since February 2025, while also holding a position as General Manager and VP of Group Finance Data and Systems since February 2019. Lara's expertise includes being a product owner for IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan, and Blackline, alongside roles in competitive analysis and strategic initiatives. A brief term as CFO for Digital Games at Aristocrat Secondment was completed in 2024. Prior positions include Board Member at JDRF Southern Nevada, VP II at Sherman Financial Group, and various director-level roles at Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts International. Lara holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Assumption College.
