Philippe Etienne

Philippe was nominated to the Board of Aristocrat in October 2019. An experienced executive specialising in strategy, Philippe was a former Managing Director & CEO of global technology disruptor, Innovia Security Pty Ltd, and a senior executive with Orica Limited in Australia, Germany and the US. Philippe has extensive experience as a company director with ASX listed companies. He is Chairman of ANZ Terminals and a Non-Executive Director of Lynas Rare Earths Ltd and Cleanaway Waste Management Ltd.
