Maurizio Baldini

Maurizio Baldini has extensive experience in engineering and project management across various companies in the appliances industry. Currently serving as R&D Project Manager and Platform Director for Electric Storage Water Heaters at Ariston Group since April 2021, Baldini previously held significant roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including global engineering manager for Consoles & HMI of washing machines and dryers, overseeing teams across multiple countries. Prior to that, Baldini worked as R&D Mechanical Design Manager at Franke, where leadership extended to mechanical design and prototyping. With a background that includes aesthetic design leadership at Indesit Company and mechanical design coordination at Teuco Guzzini, Baldini's expertise also encompasses a decade at Antonio Merloni S.p.A. in various design and project management positions. Baldini holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ancona.
