Stefano Dematte' is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the appliance industry, currently serving as Chief Officer Quality, Service, Engineering Excellence and EVP Heating Business Unit and CTO at Ariston Thermo Group since April 2018. Previously, Stefano held the position of General Manager Laundry at Whirlpool EMEA, managing the P&L for the Laundry Business Unit, and served as Executive Director for the Laundry Category at Indesit Company, leading significant revenue streams and overseeing international functions in marketing, R&D, and engineering. Stefano's career began at Whirlpool EMEA, where roles included PDC Director for Refrigeration and Platform Manager for Cooling, contributing to product development and strategy across various categories. Educationally, Stefano holds a degree in Material Engineering from Università di Trento.
