Tom Oosterman is currently the HR Country Manager for the Netherlands at Ariston Group, overseeing HR operations for several affiliated companies. They previously held the position of Head of HR at Brink Climate Systems in 2020 and worked as a Sales Manager from 2016 to 2020. Tom's early career included a long tenure as a Barkeeper at Finnegan's Irish Pub & Restaurant from 2006 to 2016 and a role as an Organisation Developer at Brink Climate Systems. They completed their Master’s Degree in Beleid, Communicatie & Organisaties at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2016 and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Utrecht University.
