Luca Mezzopera

Luca Mezzopera holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan and followed dedicated professional training programs in 1997 and 2002.

Luca joined Ariston Group in 1994, as manager of the selection and training activities. Over the years, he has taken on roles of progressive responsibility. In 1997 he took on the responsibility of managing training, development, and resource management activities in the countries managed directly by the Fabriano headquarters (Italy, Eastern Europe, and the Far East).

In 1999 he took on the responsibility of the personnel of the Italy business unit, and from 2002 the responsibility of the personnel of the Europe region, adding in 2007 the responsibility for compensation & benefit and industrial relations.
