Matthias Ihle

Matthias Ihle has over 25 years of experience in human resources management. Matthias most recently worked as the Human Resources Director at Ariston Group. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at CENTROTEC SE, Schlemmer Group, Plastic Omnium, Faurecia, Sandoz International, Motorola, AUDI AG, and ADAC. In their previous roles, they were responsible for various aspects of HR, including global HR functions, M&A integration, and managing HR teams for multinational companies.

Matthias Ihle obtained their Masters (Diplom Univ.) degree in Adult Education from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Management at Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS), where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
