Riccardo Gini

CFO at Ariston Thermo Group

Riccardo Gini, educated at the University of Bologna Business School (Italy), was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Ariston Group in August 2021.

Riccardo had previously been nominated CFO at the newly created Stellantis for the Parts & Services business (as a result of the FCA and PSA merger) following his role as CFO for the FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) EMEA business since 2017, with the responsibility of all the region’s financial functions.

Riccardo’s skills and expertise encompass finance, accounting and control, risk management, and corporate governance, which he has gained over 25+ years in a range of industry segments such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Automotive, in General Electric and FCA/Stellantis respectively. His extensive experience in leading large-scale global finance organizations has equipped him to successfully advise management and boards on business fundamentals & growth strategy, in both Italy and abroad (Switzerland, France, Asia Pacific).
